i appreciated the assertive guidance about the city from the morning staff at reception. the evening personnel was kind and supportive, i noticed. the hotel is located near the local working area, so i ate where locals eat. a supermarket was conveniently located right in front of the hotel.
i found the air conditioning had only on and off settings.

The staff was friendly and warm. The room was a decent size and very clean. It was right where i needed to be.. The breakfast was okay, i found enough to satisfy my appetite. I appreciated the proximity to the metro.
The hotel charged a high price. I stayed because there was a major event in the city, and almost everything was booked.

The staff were AMAZING and helpful. They gave me advice on how to best navigate the city. They addressed me in my native language, a thoughtful touch. The breakfast had a great variety. I enjoyed the different dishes available.
The room was smaller than I expected. This made maneuvering with luggage a little difficult. There was also some noise from other rooms.

the location was very good to get to the metro. the front desk staff was helpful and responsive to my questions. i enjoyed a very good breakfast (especially the croissants!).
i noticed big cracks on the walls of my room. the room was also small. the windows overlooked nearby apartments, which wasn't great (a minor issue, really).
